1 lb. lard or shortening
3/4 c. boiling water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Blend lard and boiling water together, then add all dry ingredients. Mix until dough comes together.
Roll out for pie shell or tarts.
