Neck bones (from chicken or turkey)
Water
Vegetables (carrots, onions, beans - your discretion)
4-5 large beets (julienne or shredded)
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar
oregano and parsley to taste
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cover neck bones with water and boil. Once cooked, remove bones and add fresh water. Add vegetables (amount and variety is your discretion). Add seasoning and simmer for a few hours. Once done, add whipping cream and serve.
