5 c zucchini
1/2 Tsp paprika
1/2 Tsp onion powder
Salt
1/2 Tsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp mustard seed powder

Directions:
Preheat oven 225 . Lay squash slices evenly on paper towels. Make sure they are thin sliced. The thinner the better they will crisp up. Sprinkle very lightly with salt.

Allow slices to sit for 10 minutes on paper towels. This will help draw out the liquid from the slices so they will cook faster. After allowing them to sit pat dry with paper towel. On a parchnment lined baking sheet lay out the slices evenly. Sprinkle tops with seasoning of your choice.
Bake for 2 hours.
