Ingredients:  
4 cups cooked, diced chicken
3 tbsp chopped onin
2 tbsp sherry or lemon juice
2 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 cup mayo
1/4 stick butter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together & place in greased casserole
Sprinkle topping over mixture
Bake @ 375º for about 20 - 30 minutes until bubbly

Topping:
1 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter
