1 1/2 lbs. small red or white potatoes
1/8 cup olive oil
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into quarters; place in bowl with oil , salt, pepper, garlic,
& rosemary.
Toss til coated.
Spread on baking sheet & roast @ 400º til brown.
