1 Small pkg vanilla instant pudding mix

1 C buttermilk

1 small container whipped topping

1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained

1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 can Tropical fruit, Drained

1 banana, sliced (optional)

1/2 pkg fudge-striped shortbread cookies

Directions:
Combine pudding mix and buttermilk. fold in whipped topping. add drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and tropical fruit. add sliced banana just before serving if desired. crush cookies into large pieces and fold into mixture immediately before serving. serve as a salad, a dessert, or as individual parfaits.
