2 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
1 tsp. oil
12 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup water
3 cups cooked chicken diced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of slightly salted noodles to a boil. Add noodles, oil and bring to a boil for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large saucepan combine broth, salt and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add celery, onion and simmer for 15 minutes. In a small bowl dissolve cornstarch and water to make a paste. Gradually add to soup. Stir in noodles and chicken, heat through.
