5-6 large potatoes (or equivalent)
2 large onions
3 cloves of garlic, chopped (optional)
1 small danish cooked canned ham (or leftover baked ham)
Cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
Butter
3/4 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Slice ham.

In a casserole dish, alternate layers of the onions, garlic, potatoes and ham. Throw in some flour (about a T) and a few slices of butter and cheese. Repeat until you run out of stuff. Add about 3/4 cup milk around the edges.

Bake 375º for at least 1 hour.
