Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add margarine, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. In large bowl, mix yeast and 9 cups flours. Add cooled milk mixture and 6 beaten eggs. Mix well. Stir in 3 3/4 cups additional flour. Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Cover and place in warm place until double. While dough is rising, make fillings as outlined below. Punch down. Let rise one more time. Cut int 8 pieces. Roll each into a rectangle. Fill with prepared filling. Roll as you would a jell roll, sealing edges. Let rise on greased cookie sheets, 45 minutes. Bake 350º, approximately 40 minutes.

Poppyseed filling: Cook 1 pound poppyseed with milk, corn syrup and sugar for five minutes. Add cinnamon and vanilla and cool.

Nut Filling: Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring, until thick. Allow to cool. Add in vanilla.

Personal Notes:
This is a Brickler Family tradition for holidays and weddings. I made this for Christmas until we realized that we (and particularly Rudy) like the Stoltz version better.
