Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tub 7 oz Dipping Chocolate (White, Milk or Dark Chocolate) Usually found in the produce section near the strawberries.

Fresh strawberries
Orange or tangelo slices
Apple slices
Pineapple
Pretzel sticks
Candy canes

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the fruit; Wash the strawberries, pat dry with paper towel. Peel and separate the orange segments. Wash and slice the apple, pat dry with paper towel. Peel and cup up the pineapple. Let them sit awhile to dry out.

Spray a plate with cooking spray or cover with waxed paper.

Following the directions on the tub of dipping chocolate microwave it until it is melted. I usually do 3 min at med temp in the microwave, remove and stir. 1 min more at med temp, remove and stir. Repeat as needed till melted.

IMPORTANT - If your microwave is more powerful than average you should heat at a lower than med temp. Once you burn the chocolate, you have to throw it out.

Dip the fruit and place it on the plate that you prepared earlier. Avoid having them touch because you won’t get them apart later.

Set in the fridge for a few minutes so it will set.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My favorite is the dipped orange slices! It is a little harder to get the chocolate to stick to the apple slices and pineapple chunks because of the juiciness of the surface of the fruit.

Chocolate dipped candy canes are good served as a stir stick in hot chocolate.
