3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cp butter
1 cp sugar
2 cps flour
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1 cp chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mash the bananas. Add the eggs and mix together well.

In a large mixing bowl blend the sugar and butter together (a potato masher works great for this). Add the banana/egg mixture and stir together. Add the dry ingredients and stir just till blended. Stir in the nuts if you want them.

Spray your loaf pans with cooking spray and fill them with batter about ¾ full. Bake in a 350* oven for the following times.

Full size loaf – 1 hr 10 min
Med loaf - - - - - 50 min
Mini loaves - - - 40 min

This makes 1 full sized loaf, 2 med or 5 mini loaves.
