1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 egg
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 small chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, put in loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for a 1/2 hour. Take out and drain grease, put back in oven for 1/2 hour.

Mix one cup ketchup and one cup barbeque sauce. Add teaspoon hot sauce. Pour over meat loaf and bake additional 10 minutes.
