1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
CAKE-
3 eggs
2/3 cup pumpkin pie filling
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/4 cup flour
FILLING-
2 tsp. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

Spray 10" x 15" (jelly roll) pan with Pam
Line with waxed paper; spray again
Sprinkle chopped nuts on greased waxed paper

Mix 6 cake ingredients together in mixing bowl; pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately turn upside down on clean tea towel heavily sprinkled with sugar.
Peel off waxed paper gently; roll cake AND towel starting from short end.
Let cool for 1 hour.

In small bowl, mix 4 filling ingredients together until smooth.
Unroll cake gently, remove towel and spread cake with cream cheese mixture; try not to crack cake when spreading on the tightly rolled end.

Re-roll cake, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Slice with electric knife.
Keep remaining cake refrigerated.
