3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 c finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/4 c white sugar
1/3 c melted butter
2 tbsp. Bird's custard powder
4 c French vanilla ice cream, softened in fridge
2 oz. semisweet chocolate
1/4 c whipping cream or milk

Directions:
Stir tog. crumbs, coconut, walnuts, cocoa, sugar. Drizzle with butter and stir till combined. Press into bottom and up sides of 9 " pie plate. Fold custard powder into ice cream. Spread over crust, smoothing top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze till firm, 2 - 3 hours. In small saucepan, heat chocolate and cream over med-low heat, stirring occasionally till melted and smooth. Let cool 5 min. Spread over top of pie and freeze till firm, 20 min. Let stand 5 - 10 min before slicing.
