1 Tbsp. Oil 1 cup flour 1/2 cup salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 cup water food color
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook 3 minutes or until it is the right consistency. Knead almost immediately. It works best to mix the water and food coloring together first to get the color you want.
