1 lb. hamburger 1 large onion 29 ounces tomatoes 1 can kidney beans 1 can strained corn 1 can black olives 1 1/4 cups cornmeal 2 eggs 1 1/4 cups milk
Brown hamburger and onions. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, corn and olives. Mix cornmeal, eggs, and milk together. Stir this into hot mixture, and season with garlic powder, pepper and chili powder. Bake at 375 degreed for 30 minutes.
