4 1/2 oz ripe olives, drained & chopped
1/2 C pimento stuffed green olives, finely chopped
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C unsalted butter, room temperature
1 T extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3/4 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 C finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 (15 oz) can water packed artichokes, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well blended.
Stir in 3/4 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese and 1/4 C finely chopped fresh parsley. Add the can of drained, finely chopped artichokes. Blend well.
Heat broiler; arrange 24 crusty, thin baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread some olive mixture on each slice.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly.
