2 C flour
1/2 Lbs butter
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 C water

3 large apples diced

Directions:
Cut the butter and flour as for a pie crust. Add egg yolks and water. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Or at least 3 hours).

Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out on a floured surface. To 10 1/2 x 15 1/2.

Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp flour, 3 Tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Cut 3 large apples into small diced pieces.put on too of sugar mixture.

Roll up and bake on ungreased sheet 375 for 45 minutes.

Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.

This is one of my mom's old standby recipes. She used to make this for all the office workers in Puerto Rico when she lived there. It was one of their favorites and I've never had a better strudel!
