Ingredients:  
1-2 heads of napa cabbage (shredded) Slice thin slices. You will get crinkly little pieces
5 green onions chopped
6 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup of slivered almonds
2 pkg of ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

1 c oil
1/2 c vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown crushed ramen noodles and almonds in the butter
drain excess butter by tossing the crunches in a brown paper bag

Mix oil vinegar sugar and soy sauce in a jar for the dressing

Blend well ( I have even heated the sugar and oil in the micro to dissolve the sugar)

Keep cabbage, noodles and dressing separate until ready to serve
