4-6 lb turkey breast
1 lb of seedless green grapes
2 12 Oz can of water chestnuts drained and chopped
2 c. finely chopped celery
3 c. toasted slivered almonds
3 cups of mayo
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut turkey (chicken) into bite size pieces
wash grapes and cut in half
chop water chestnuts
mix with turkey (chicken)
add celery, grapes and toasted almonds

Blend mayo with lemon juice, curry powder & soy sauce.
Combine with turkey mixture
Chill for several hours in a glass or stainless steel bowl
