1 lb. flank or round steack
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. rice wine or dry white wine
1 tbsp. hoison sauce
1 tbsp. hot bean sauce or 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbsp. say sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic- crushed
10-12 green onions sliced
Fried rice sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice beef across grain into strips. For sauce, sstir together water, wine, hoison bean sauce, soy, cornstarch and sesame oil. Set aside. Pour cookin oil into wok. Add more as necessary. Stir fry garlic 1st. Add green onions, stir fry 1 1/2 minutes. Remove. Add 1/2 beef. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Remove. Repeat with ohter 1/2. return all beef to wok. Make hole in venter and add sauce. Cook till thick and bubbly. Return onions. Stir till coated with sauce. Cook 1 minute or till hot. Serve over rice sticks or rice.
