2 chickens Sauce: 3 dozen tortillas 2 tubs of Imo chopped cilantro 4 7 oz. cans green chili verde sauce lemon juice 4 cloves garlic 4 cloves garlic 1 medium onion chopped 1 medium onion chopped
salt and pepper
Bake chicken: After done pull all meat off and chop. Put a little oil in a skillet add chopped cilantro, onion and garlic and lemon juice, and chopped chicken. Cover and let cook unitl onion is tender. Mix all sauce ingredients. Roll chicken mixture in fried tortillas. Pour sauce over and top with grated monterey jack cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes. Take foil off and bake additional 10 minutes at 350º.
