1 stick of butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
16 oz grated cheese
4 cups fresh spinach

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Bear eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
4. Add cheese and spinach. Mix together.
5. Press spinach into pan.
6. Bake for 35 minutes until golden.
7. Cool 30 minutes before serving.
