4 lbs hamburg
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup peppers
1/2 cup tomato paste or ketchup
1 lb breadcrumbs
6 eggs
/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add water if mixture appears dry.
4. Knead into loaves and place in pans.
5. Hand rub top with water to form a good seal.
6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
