1 ¼ cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
3 cup cake flour
½ cup cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and make 2 rolls. Roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and bake.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.

400* for 10 minutes

Cake Flour Substitute
Ingredients:
• All-Purpose flour (just under one cup)
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation:
1. Place two tablespoons of cornstarch in a one-cup measure.
2. Fill the rest of the cup with all-purpose flour.
