4 eggs- well beaten
1 package fresh bean sprouts or
1 can bean sprouts drained
1/3 c. green onions
1 c. small shrimp or slivers of cooked poultry
garlic powder
salad oil
Foo Yound sauce

Combine eggs, bean sprouts, onions, meat and seasonings.
Heat oil in large pan. Fry as you would pancakes, turning once. Pour sauce aver and serve.
Foo Young Sauce- IN a pan combine 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. say sauce and 1 tsp. vinegar, stir in 1/2 c. chicken broth. Cook over low heat until thickened.
