1- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1- 10 oz. can salsadi chilie colorado
1- 13 oz. can tomatillo entero
1- 3 1/2 lb. pork shoulder
1- 3 1/4 lb. chuck roast
1 med. yellow onion
garlic salt
pepper
cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Take fat and grissle off meat and dice it small. Put in chuck pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low 2 hours and then on high 6-10 hours.
