3 c. self-rising meal
1 c. yellow meal
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. buttermilk
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients, including yeast. Put oil in large Bundt pan and brush pan well. Pour oil from pan, water and buttermilk into mixture. Pour all into Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes.
