Milk
Salt
Sugar
Tapioca
Comstock crushed pineapple
Cream cheese
Vanilla

Directions:

Crust:
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shorting
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Mix like pie crust and divide into 2 parts. Roll out fairly thin and put on large cookie sheet.

Filling:
- 2 cans of Comstock crushed pineapple
- 1 and a 1/4 cups of sugar
- 7 tablespoons of tapioca
Mix in a bowl and pour into pie shell. Roll out the rest of the pie dough and place on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes more. Remove from oven and while still warm pour the following frosting on top.

Frosting:
- 2 and a half cups of confectionery sugar
- 3 oz of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 5 tablespoons milk
Mix fairly thin and pour over top of cake. When cool cut in 1 and a 1/2 inch squares.

'I just love this. You can also use other fillings, cherry, blueberry etc. Just be sure you use the comstock brand. This is also one of those tubby recipes. John will love me'. Love Mom.
