8 slices bread toasted
5 eggs
carton of chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 stock of celery
1/2 lg onion
1/2 tea sage
1/2 tea parsley
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread and cut into cubes. Saute celery and onion. Fill enough broth in with the cubed bread to moisten. Add the eggs, celery, onion, butter, sage, parsley and salt. Put into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º for 35 min
