3 c. sifted Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt, plus 2 tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add flour mixture slowly to form workable dough. (You may not need all of the flour.)

Mix 2 tbsp. sugar with cinnamon.

Chill dough for at least an hour. Roll and cut into shapes. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar mixture.

Place cookies on ungreased. cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 9 to 10 minutes
