2 loaves Italian bread ( not sliced)
12 slices Oscar Mayer center cut bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled.
8 oz. shredded colby/monterey jack cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. Kraft or Helman's real mayo
1/2-3/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lengthwise slice from the top of 1 loaf of bread, remove bread from the center leaving a 1 inch thick shell, tear the removed bread into bite sized pieces and save.
Mix the remaining ingredients into a medium bowl, then spoon into the bread shell.
Cover the shell with the top of he bread that you cut off, place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Serve with the bread pieces you saved plus the other loaf torn into pieces.
