2 cups dark brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate-peppermint patties, roughly chopped
Peppermint Ganache

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a 13x9 pan.

Combine the brown sugar and melted butter. Blend together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until incorporated, occasionally turning off the mixer and scraping the sides of the bowl. Add the flour, baking soda and salt; mix together until just combined. Make sure not to over mix.

Add the white and semisweet chocolate and chopped peppermint patties. Gently mix until everything is combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let rest at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Prepare ganache and drizzle over blondies.
