Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages dry Fleischmann's yeast
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup warm (not hot) water

Let set in small bowl until yeast works

Add:

2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm water
5 - 7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and salt together then add the yeast mixed ingredients.

2. Then add the warm water to it and start adding your flour one cup at a time until you have your 7 cups in.

3. Then make a nice ball of the dough and put about 1/4 cup oil over the ball and rub it in the dough.

4. Cover the dough with a cloth, and let it set about an hour to rise.

5. When the dough is raised to the top of the bowl, flour your counter top and put the dough on floured surface, roll out with rolling pin to about 2 inch thick. Also flour the dough.

6. From this point you can either make rolls by using a glass the size you want for the rolls, and place on greased cookie sheet. Let raise about an hour, then bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

7. OR, you can roll the dough up like a jelly roll with cinnamon, sugar and nuts to taste, cut into 2 inch slices and place in a 9 x 13. Let rise again, then bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until brown). Frost with 1/2 cup brown sugar, a little milk and 1/4 cup margarine. Remove from oven and add powdered sugar and nuts as desired.

This was mom's trademark recipe. I can taste and smell these rolls just by thinking about them. Oh how we loved them (and her)!
