Pizza Crust
3 cups warm water
3 T yeast
6 t sugar
3 t salt
6 T oil
6 cups flour (give or take)


Pizza Sauce:
3, 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/4 t pepper
1 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t basil
1 t oregano
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t onion powder

Alfredo Sauce:
1 pint heavy cream
2 T cream cheese
1 t garlic powder
1 stick butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Pizza Crust:

Combine water yeast and sugar. Let sit until bubbly. Mix in remaining ingredients and knead up to 8 min. Cover and let rise 35-40 min.
Top with sauce, cheese, meat & veggies.
Bake on preheated stone @ 500 for 8-10 minutes.

Pizza Sauce:
Combine, heat and simmer while crust is raising. Do not boil. Covers 3, 16" pizzas. Freezes well.

Alfredo Sauce:
In saucepan combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until melted and mixed well. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer 15-20 min. on low.

Serving idea: Top with mozzarella cheese, chicken strips, garlic and green onions. Or tomato and basil, garlic and green onions.
