1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for chocolate chips. Pour into 8x8 pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until done.
