3 lb beef rump roast
2 T oil
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 t curry powder (madras)
1 t sugar
1 t salt
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Large bag of baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Brown the roast on all sides in hot oil.

Bring all other ingredients except the carrots to a boil in a saucepan and pour over the roast.

Bake in a Dutch oven 2 to 3 hours or until tender.

Add the small carrots about half way through.

You can also add potatoes, but this dish is delicious with cauliflower mashed potatoes.
