5 T olive oil
1 t finely chopped garlic
2 c fresh, diced tomatoes
1/2 c dry white wine
1/4 c fresh basil, slivered
Salt & freshly cracked pepper
1 t oregano
1 1/2 lbs peeled, deveined shrimp
1/8 t red pepper flakes
1/2 lb feta cheese
Toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 T olive oil and sauté garlic briefly; then add tomatoes and cook about 2 minutes.
Add wine, oregano, salt & pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add basil

Sprinkle shrimp with salt & pepper. Heat 3 T oil in a large skillet & add the shrimp. Cook briefly ( until they turn pink). Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Preheat oven to 400º F. Sprinkle shrimp & pan juices into a baking dish. Cover with feta and spoon tomato sauce over. Bake 10 minutes till piping hot.

Cook pasta; top with shrimp mixture.
