1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 Tbsp sugar

1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup soften margarine
1 egg

1 cup chilled whipping cream-(not yet whipped)
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple (well drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham crumbs with 1/4 cup melted margarine and sugar.Press 1/2 the crumb mixture into 8x8x2 pan

Beat 1 cup icing sugar,1/2 cup soften margarine and the egg until light and fluffy.
Spread carefully over crumb mixture.

Beat whipping cream in a chilled bowl until stiff.(Add icing sugar to taste.I add about 1 heaping Tbsp) Fold in pineapple.Spread over sugar mixture.

Sprinkle remaining crumbs over mixture.
Cover and refridgerate at least 8 hours
