canned crushed tomatoes (2 to 4 cans depending on how much you are making)
1 can tomato paste
using the paste can, measure out 1 can of red wine
bacon (2 or 3 slices cut in small pieces)
onion (1/2 or 1 whole small onion)
olive oil (1 tbsp)
chopped meat (make into meatballs - prepare chopped meat and roll into small balls)
sausage (sweet and/or hot)
beef ribs
salt to taste
pepper
Italian Seasoning
hot pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
* Brown the bacon and onion in the olive oil
* Brown meatballs, sausage and ribs either in the pot of bacon and onion or microwave them for about 5 minutes.
* put the two cans of tomatoes into the above mixture and bring to a boil.
* when sauce has begun to boil, put in the tomato paste
* After adding the paste to the tomatoes, pour red wine into the can and then empty into the mixture.
* reduce the heat and let simmer for about 1 to 2 hours (depending on how much sauce you are making.
