1 lb meatloaf mix (1/2 lb. ground pork & 1/2 lb. ground beef)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
parsley flakes, onion & garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl, careful not to over mix!
Form golf ball sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet
Bake 350 º for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through
Can be used in soups, pasta dishes

Bake until browned on both sides
Place meatballs in crockpot and cover with traditional sauce (Mimi prefers Tuttorosso brand)
Place in fridge overnight
Cook on high heat for 4-8 hours until ready to serve
