2 jars of spaghetti sauce
2 bags of mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. of parmesan cheese
1 box of oven ready lasagna noodle
1/4 lb. of sweet sausage out of the casing
1/2 lb. of meatloaf mix
onion
garlic
1 egg
24 oz. ricotta cheese

Preheat oven to 375º

In a large skillet, combine the meat, onion and garlic until the meat is cooked through.

In a large bowl combine the ricotta, one bag of the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese and egg.

In a 9x13 pan, pour about a cup of sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Layer with 3 sheets of the noodles. (Oven ready lasagna noodles expand while they cook, so place the 3 noodles in the middle of the pan, it will not cover the entire pan). Follow with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, then 1/3 of the meat mixture, then some sauce and 1/3 of the second package of mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers until the top layer is noodles and cover completely with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Let sit 15 minutes before cutting.
