1 lb. hot sausage, cooked
1 8oz. block cream cheese, softened
2 c, Bisquick baking mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together sausage and cream cheese. (Easier with electric mixer.) Add in baking mix and stir until combined. Add in cheese until combined well.
Scoop up mixture into 1-inch balls. Once you have all in cookie sheet, go back and roll around in hands to make them smoother.
Place in refrigerator for 10 min.
Once chilled, bake for 25 minutes. They should be firm to the touch and golden brown on the outside.
