2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Seasoning Salt to taste
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, fold in other ingredients. Roll into a ball on waxed paper. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.

Optional - roll the ball in finely chopped pecans to make a coating, then chill.

Many parties at First United Pentecostal Church of Monroe, now Christian Life Center, especially for the young people from 1960's & 70's, and family gatherings, have been blessed with this cheese ball.
