2 21/2 lb whole chicken
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (don’t drain)
½ cup green chilies
18 corn tortillas
5 cups shredded jack cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken stock (save from boiled chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chickens in water with herbs, onions and garlic cloves
Remove the chicken from the water set aside to cool and save the stock
Tear the chicken into bite size pieces
Tear tortillas in to bite size pieces and fill the bottom of s baking dish
Layer with ½ the chicken, tomatoes, chilies, soup and cheese in that order and repeat
Top off with one-cup chicken stock
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
