6 tbsp evaporated milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

heat butter and brown sugar in small pan over low heat, stirring constantly until it melts the sugar, blend in milk, cool gradually beat in sugar, until consistency to spread , add vanilla
