1¼ cup Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. diced apples
1 c. cocoanut
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1½ tsp. soda
3 tsp. vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl put oil, sugar & eggs, beat until creamy. Sift flour once, measure and add salt & soda. Sift again. Add small amounts of flour mixture to the above till all the flour is in. Add vanilla, apples & cocoanut. Grease & flour a ten inch tube pan. Bake 325° 1½ hrs.
