1 1/3 c sugar
1/3 c shortening
2 eggs
1 c canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 c water
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar with shortening in mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, pumpkin and water. Add dry ingredients and pecans, pour batter into loaf pans.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
