1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
1 small carton Cherry Tomatoes
1 Box Puff Pastry Sheets
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Basil
2 Tbsp Oregano
2 tsp Salt

{Quantities are all variable}

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Roll Puff Pastry out into a large square on lightly floured surface
3. With a sharp knife, cut pastry into squares approximately 2" x 2"
4. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment
5. Place pastry squares on prepared baking sheet
6. Lightly coat each square with Olive Oil
7. Sprinkle a small amount of Basil, Oregano and Salt over each coated square
8. Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half and cut Asparagus into pieces about 1 1/2 inches long
9. Place one Tomato half and one piece of Asparagus on each square
10. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until pastry is done.
