2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
11/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients, flor, baking powder and salt. Set the bowl aside.
In another bowl mix sugar, eggs, milk, and oil. Pour in half the dry ingredients stir until combined then add the rest of the dry ingredients; combine.

Scoop 1/4 to 1/3 cup into hot waffle iron. Cook until brown and waffle comes away from the iron, about 3 minutes.
